Title:
PARTICLE DETECTION DEVICE AND PARTICLE DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/147462
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a particle detection device and a particle detection method capable of individually and continuously detecting a wide range of particles. The problem is solved by a particle detection device including a particle separation flow path, in which particles are separated in accordance with a particle diameter in a direction perpendicular to the flow of a fluid, and two or more particle collection flow paths branching from the particle separation flow path and connected thereto, wherein the particle collection flow path is provided with a particle detection unit including an aperture and an electric detector.
