Abstract:
To enable a particle size distribution that is to be measured to be measured accurately, even if particles that are not to be measured but have a similar shape to the particles to be measured are mixed therewith, this particle size distribution measuring device is provided with: an image processing unit 41 which accepts image data obtained by capturing an image of a particle group in which first particles and second particles of a different type to the first particles are mixed, and in which at least the first particles are translucent; and a particle identifying unit 42 for identifying whether a particle captured in the image is a first particle or a second particle, on the basis of light and dark regions that appear as a result of refraction of light passing through the particles.
