Abstract:
In the present invention, particles A having a maximum diameter of 1 nm or greater but less than 150 nm and particles B having a maximum diameter of 150 nm to 1,000 nm are obtained from heat-treated yeast in order to provide novel particles that are capable, by being added to a preparation, of easily controlling properties such as hardness and disintegration performance, and that have antioxidizing power and immunostimulating power.
