Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a detecting conductive part (2a) and a monitoring conductive part (2b) which are made from a conductive material having a higher electrical resistivity than PM (8). The detecting conductive part (2a) has a deposition surface (20) where the PM (8) is deposited. A pair of detection electrodes (3a) is provided on the deposition surface (20). In addition, a pair of monitor electrodes (3b) is formed on the monitoring conductive part (2b). The PM (8) is prevented from being deposited on the monitoring conductive part (2b) between the pair of monitor electrodes (3b).
