Abstract:
A particulate matter sensor is provided. The particulate matter sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an insulating substrate; a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed on one side of the insulating substrate and spaced apart from each other by predetermined intervals so as not to be electrically connected to each other; a connection electrode disposed on the same side as the plurality of sensing electrodes and connected to a connection terminal formed on one side of the insulating substrate so as to be electrically connected to some or all of the plurality of sensing electrodes through deposition of particulate matter; a plurality of terminals formed on one side of the insulating substrate and connected one-to-one to the plurality of sensing electrodes; and a heater unit disposed inside the insulating substrate and providing heat for removing particulate matter deposited on the sensing electrode side. Accordingly, the present invention can solve various problems caused by heat, thereby ensuring a degree of freedom in design and achieving a reduction in production costs.
