Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a particulate spray apparatus and a particulate spray method in which a place where particulates are sprayed, and the spray amount of the particulates, etc., can be changed according to time. [Solution] Provided is a spray apparatus (15) which sprays particulates (P) onto a moving body (10) and which is configured by comprising a flow regulation device (21) that is arranged above the moving body (10), wherein: the flow regulation device (21) includes a slope (16) inclined downward from one end side toward the other end side, and includes movable change walls (18) provided on the slope (16) so as to change the flow directions of the particulates (P); and the flow regulation device (21) supplies the particulates (P) toward the one end side of the slope (16) so that the particulates (P) collide with the change walls (18), change the travel directions thereof in the process of falling down on the slope (16), and drop onto the moving body (10) from the other end side of the slope (16).
