Abstract:
Disclosed is a partition-plate oil-gas separation device for an engine. The device comprises a pre-separation device (200) and a primary separation device (300), which are arranged in a mounting slot in a cylinder head cover (100), wherein the mounting slot (101) is provided with a gas inlet hole (301); and the pre-separation device (200) comprises a first filter pore plate (205), a first filter baffle (206), a second filter pore plate (209), a filter core (210), a second filter baffle (211), a baseplate (201), a first oil return chamber (207), a first oil return pipe (208), a second oil return chamber (212) and a second oil return pipe (213). The partition-plate oil-gas separation device for an engine can perform secondary acceleration on an oil-gas mixture, and large oil droplets and small oil droplets are separated and respectively flow out through the oil return chambers, so that the separation efficiency is high. For the absorption of the small oil droplets, owing to an impact force of the secondary acceleration, the filter core is not blocked by residue, so that the filter core does not need to be replaced regularly, thereby solving the problem of regular replacement and maintenance.
