Abstract:
The present invention not only provides surface sterilization, by a germicidal lamp, of articles to be transferred using a pass box, but also provides space-saving isolation of different articles, maintains cleanliness in the pass box, and prevents mutual contamination when the articles are transferred using the pass box. The present invention comprises an airflow circulation path (38a, 38b) for sending air from the blower (3) of an upper pass box through a filter (4) to the upper space of the upper pass box, supplying air through the upper space to the lower space of a lower pass box, and returning air that has passed through the lower space to the upper blower.
