Abstract:
A passenger conveyor footstep according to the present invention is provided with: a footstep body having a tread surface; a protrusion member that is movable, with respect to the footstep body, between a protrusion location protruding from the tread surface, and a retreating location located at the footstep body side from the protrusion location; and a protrusion member drive device for displacing the protrusion member between the protrusion location and the retreating location.
