Abstract:
Disclosed are a passivator having a self-repair function, and preparation method and application thereof. The present invention uses mixed organosilane as a bulk passivator, modified nanocontainers loaded with restorative agent as a nanofiller, and sodium alginate as a co-crosslinker to achieve passivation of a surface coating of pyrite. The invention greatly improves the physical properties and stability of a passivation film and imparts the passivation film with a self-repair function so it can self-repair micro-pores or micro-cracks that appear in the passivation film, effectively slowing the rate of oxidation of pyrite. At the same time, the amount of organosilane and the frequency of usage of the passivator are reduced, decreasing the cost of treatment of tailing pollution.
