Abstract:
A passive impact crusher oil supply device having a rolling and projecting apparatus. A flow channel port is provided at a side wall of an impeller. The rolling and projecting apparatus (1) is provided at the flow channel port. A sealing shaft sleeve (4) is sleeved on an outer side of a main shaft bearing (5). A lubrication channel is formed between a main shaft (3) and the main shaft bearing (5). A lower end of the lubrication channel is connected to an oil outlet pipeline (14). A first oblique oil channel (6) and multiple second oblique oil channels (11) corresponding to the rolling and projecting apparatus (1) are provided from top to bottom in the main shaft (3). An upper end of the first oblique oil channel (6) is connected to an upper end of the lubrication channel. A lower end of the first oblique oil channel (1) is connected to an oil inlet pipeline. The oil inlet pipeline and the oil outlet pipeline (14) are connected to an oil cavity for storing liquid lubrication oil. In the passive impact crusher oil supply device having a rolling and projecting apparatus, automated oil supply and lubrication is achieved by means of high-speed rotation of a driving shaft of the device on the basis of the principle of centrifugation, and does not require that additional power be provided for liquid lubrication oil, thereby reducing energy consumption and operation costs, and reducing space required for assembly.
