Abstract:
An embodiment relates to a password input system in which a finger comes in contact with a touch screen so as to set and input a password of a device. A display unit, in which haptic recognition and a password input are carried out by a user's touch, is connected to an electrostatic tactile feedback device for feeding back various haptics according to an applied voltage signal and is characterized by: a haptic presentation unit having a plurality of windows for presenting a haptic feedback of a specific pattern to the user; and the input of a password by allowing one of patterns corresponding to a password, among the haptic feedbacks presented by the haptic presentation unit, to be touched so as to be dragged to one of a plurality of windows of a password input unit corresponding to a password set by the user. Therefore, only a user coming in contact with the haptic presentation unit can receive a haptic feedback of a form that is currently presented, thereby enabling a password input system having enhanced security to be provided.
