Abstract:
Disclosed is a paste composition which can be coated by a conventional coating method and enables to form a thin film-like dielectric layer. Specifically disclosed is a paste composition containing a binder resin (A) containing an acrylic polymer having a mass average molecular weight of 150,000-300,000 and a glass transition temperature of 30-100˚C, a solvent (B) containing at least one substance selected from monocyclic monoterpenes and hydrogenated compounds thereof, and an inorganic powder (C).
