Abstract:
A flux transfer unit is provided to be used in an electronic component mounting
apparatus which transfers a flux onto an electronic component taken out from
a component supplying section and mounts the electronic component on a substrate.
A blade holding head is provided with a first blade and a second blade which are
reciprocally driven by a rodless cylinder through a drive transmitting pin and
are used for flux film formation/scraping. In the flux transfer unit, the blade
holding head is swingably held by a moving member around a swing support pin, and
the moving member is braked by a prescribed braking force by a plate spring member.
Thus, each time the blade moving direction is inverted, the blade supporting
head swings, and the first blade and the second blade can be automatically switched
without arranging an exclusive drive mechanism.
