A pastry extrusion and molding device, comprising a base (1); a support plate (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), an electric conveying belt (3) is fixedly connected to an end of the support plate (2), a fixing plate (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the support plate (2), an extrusion container (5) is fixedly connected to a side of the fixing plate (4), an electric motor (6) is fixedly connected to the top of the extrusion container (5), a helical push roller (7) is fixedly connected to a drive shaft of the electric motor (6), the end of the helical push roller (7) away from the electric motor (6) penetrates through the extrusion container and extends into the extrusion container, a feed pipe (8) is in communication with one end of the top of the extrusion container (5), a discharge port (9) is provided at the bottom of the extrusion container (5), an extrusion die (10) is connected to an inner wall of the discharge port (9) in a threaded manner, and an electric cylinder (11) is fixedly connected to the side of the fixing plate (4) away from the extrusion container (5). The pastry extrusion and molding device integrates an extrusion device with a cutting device, facilitating saving of processing space, facilitating replacement of an extrusion die, and improving the working efficiency.
