Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a patch preparation which uses a basic drug acid addition salt as a raw material and which has excellent skin permeability of the drug. This patch preparation is formed by providing an adhesive layer on one side of a support body, wherein the adhesive layer contains a basic drug, a fatty acid ionic liquid and a potassium salt, wherein said potassium salt is generated in the adhesive by a reaction between the acid addition salt of the basic drug and a compound capable of generating potassium ions. An opioid analgesic is an example of the basic drug, and hydrochloride is an example of the acid addition salt.
