Abstract:
The present invention provides a patch which shows excellent storage stability of donepezil or a salt thereof and enables stable transdermal administration of donepezil or a salt thereof in a pharmacologically effective dose. This patch is characterized by comprising a substrate (1) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2), said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) being laminated and integrated on one surface of the substrate (1) and containing donepezil or a salt thereof together with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer containing an ester of a saturated aliphatic alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid and being vinylpyrrolidone-free.
