Abstract:
A patent annual fee assessment system (100), comprising an input module (10), a database module (20), a determining module (30), and an output module (40). The input module (10) is used for inputting index information of a patent to be assessed. The database module (20) stores patent information of various countries, information of a patentee of the patent to be assessed, and information of competitors of the patentee. The determining module (30) is used for determining, according to data input by the input module and data stored in a big data module, whether the patent to be assessed is valuable by means of big data analysis and/or patentee information analysis, so as to determine whether it is necessary to continuously pay the annual fee of the patent to be assessed. The output module (40) is used for outputting an annual fee payment suggestion report for the patent to be assessed according to the determination result of the determining module. The patent annual fee assessment system (100) can provide a patentee with precise reference for whether to pay the annual fee, thereby facilitating managing the intellectual property by the patentee.
