Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of mobile phone apps, and provides a patent information pushing method during automatic switching of call modes and a call system. The method comprises: recording a total monthly traffic of a mobile phone, a traffic call mode, and a calling number; detecting traffic that has been used by the mobile phone in the current month; determining whether the mobile phone is connected to WiFi when a user makes a call; if yes, making a call via traffic according to the traffic call mode and the calling number, and pushing patent information to the user; if not, determining whether the traffic that has been used by the mobile phone in the current month exceeds the total monthly traffic; if yes, making a call via a network of a communications company, and pushing patent information to the user; or if not, making a call via traffic according to the traffic call mode and the calling number, and pushing patent information to the user. According to the present invention, communication connection modes are automatically switched according to traffic, and a call is made via traffic so as to save the communication cost for a user, thereby enhancing the user experience. In addition, the benefits of a patentee (applicant) can be protected.
