Abstract:
A path formation apparatus for a bone screw according to the present invention outputs an abnormal signal when the pedicle is separated to the outside or is highly likely to be separated, so that the position of a perforation portion, surrounding muscles, blood, blood vessels, etc. can be determined in real time and an insertion path of the perforation portion can be adjusted. A path formation apparatus for a bone screw according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body portion having an inner space, extending in one direction, and having a perforation portion provided on one side; an incision portion formed on one side of the perforation portion; and a detection unit inserted into the inner space and positioned opposite to the incision portion, wherein, when the perforation portion is inserted into a bone, the detection unit may detect the position of the perforation portion within the bone.
