Abstract:
The path generation device according to the present invention is provided with: a path generation unit (55) that specifies a travel region (F) in which a vehicle body (2) is caused to travel autonomously, and that is capable of pre-generating a travel path (P) of the vehicle body (2) in the travel region (F); and a control unit (4) which is capable of directing the vehicle body (2) to travel along the traveling path (P). The path generation unit (55) is capable of generating the travel path (P) in reference to a start position (S) at which the vehicle body (2) starts traveling and an end position (E) at which the vehicle body (2) ends traveling, and is also capable of revising the generated travel path (P) upon receiving a position change made to either the start position (S) or the end position (E) after the travel path (P) has been generated.
