Abstract:
A patrol inspection control method and apparatus for a patrol inspection unit, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring plant layout information of a target plant, and performing division on the basis of the plant layout information to obtain at least two patrol inspection areas (S101); calculating a hanging rail density of each patrol inspection area, and determining a patrol inspection speed corresponding to each hanging rail density (S102); and controlling a patrol inspection unit to move according to a preset patrol inspection path, and maintaining the current speed of the patrol inspection unit as the patrol inspection speed corresponding to the current patrol inspection area (S103). Different patrol inspection areas are divided according to the actual layout condition of a plant. Different patrol inspection speeds are set for different patrol inspection areas, and for a patrol inspection area having higher complexity, the patrol inspection speed of a patrol inspection unit is lower, thereby ensuring that the patrol inspection unit performs relatively sufficient patrol inspection on each production line while ensuring the patrol inspection efficiency of the patrol inspection unit, thus avoiding the situation in which an abnormality of the production line cannot be detected due to a too high movement speed, and thus the patrol inspection effect is good.
