Abstract:
The present invention relates toa pattern-cutting device comprising a base and a blade thereon. The blade is used to produce pattern shapes needed, and is integrated with the base through one single time of diccasting process. The level of the blade in the base is more than 2.5mm ; the sharp angle at the opening of said blade is or less than 60° ; and the blade surface is plated. The present device is simple and reasonable in structure and is easy to be manufactured at low cost, products produced by the device are high in precision and have great consistency, the present device can be used widely and has broad market prospects.
