Abstract:
The present application provides a pattern recognition method for evaluating quality of exocarpium citrus grandis, a computer device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: collecting an HPLC fingerprint spectrum of an exocarpium citrus grandis sample, the exocarpium citrus grandis sample comprising traditional Chinese medicinal materials or decoction pieces; taking a common peak of the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of the exocarpium citrus grandis sample as basic data, performing data normalization processing on the basic data, analyzing the normalized data of the exocarpium citrus grandis sample by using multivariate cluster analysis and/or factor analysis, and screening out sample data for establishing a discrimination function; and extracting a feature variable from the screened sample data by using a stepwise discriminant analysis method, establishing the discrimination function, and discriminating the exocarpium citrus grandis sample with the established discrimination function to complete pattern recognition of the quality of the exocarpium citrus grandis sample.
