Abstract:
A patterned layer-by-layer assembled self-supporting film-based flexible transparent conductive film and a preparation method therefor, which relates to the technical field of transparent conductive films, and may solve the problems in which existing flexible transparent substrate materials are not resistant to high temperatures and organic solvents, have poor mechanical properties, have weak adhesion to conductive materials, and so on. The present flexible transparent conductive film is mainly composed of a patterned layer-by-layer assembled self-supporting film and a conductive material. The method comprises: first using a room-temperature imprinting technique to prepare a patterned network-shaped groove at a surface of a layer-by-layer assembled film, then filling the conductive material in the groove, and finally separating the layer-by-layer assembled film from a substrate to form a conductive self-supporting film. The present layer-by-layer assembled self-supporting film has more high-temperature resistance, a thinner degree of thickness, and stronger mechanical properties than existing flexible transparent substrates. The composition and structure of the film may be precisely adjusted and controlled, and the surface may be easily modified so as to achieve the objectives of enhanced transmission, reduced reflection, enhanced adhesion between the substrate and the conductive material, and so on.
