Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a polycarbonate (PC) composite material, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The PC composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PC; 1-5 parts of polyethylene-butyl acrylate grafted glycidyl acrylate; and 2-6 parts of toughening agent. The toughening agent is selected from any one or more of core-shell structured polymers taking methyl methacrylate or polystyrene acrylonitrile as a shell and acrylate or acrylate grafted organic silicon as a core. According to the present invention, the polyethylene-butyl acrylate grafted glycidyl acrylate is added to a PC material, and the core-shell structured toughening agent having a specific component is added, such that the bonding performance of the material and cloth can be remarkably improved, good toughness is kept at the same time, direct bonding between the material and the cloth is achieved, and the bonding strength is high. The application of the PC material is further widened, and the PC material can be used for preparing fabric electronic products such as a fabric mobile phone shell and a fabric loudspeaker box housing.
