Abstract:
Disclosed is a PCB board transportation rail platform, comprising a rail platform (1) and a control device, wherein a PCB board transportation mechanism (10) and a driving electric motor (11) are arranged on the rail platform (1), and the driving electric motor (11) is electrically connected to the control device and controlled thereby; and further comprising a first sensor (12) and a second sensor (13) distributed along the material transportation direction of the PCB board transportation mechanism (10), wherein the first sensor (12) sends a deceleration command controlling the deceleration of the driving electric motor (11) to the control device after sensing a PCB board, and the second sensor (13) sends a stop command controlling the stopping of the driving electric motor (11) to the control device after sensing the PCB board. When the PCB board transportation mechanism (10) transports the PCB board through the first sensor (12), the first sensor (12) sends the deceleration command to the control device after sensing the PCB board, the control device controls the driving electric motor (11) to decelerate, and when the PCB board is transported to the second sensor (13), the second sensor (13) senses and sends the stop command to the control device, and the control device controls the driving electric motor (11) to stop, which can quickly transport the PCB board without causing components on the PCB board to be misaligned or fall due to inertia, and is convenient for installation and debugging.
