Abstract:
A PCB testing machine, which relates to the technical field of automatic testing. The PCB testing machine comprises a controller, a test bench (100), a transport module (200), a carrying module (300), a test module (400), a temperature sensor (102) and a dew point sensor (103), wherein the controller acquires a standard temperature value and a standard humidity value, and measures and presets an up-to-standard temperature interval and an up-to-standard humidity interval according to the standard temperature value and the standard humidity value; the test module (400) tests a PCB; the controller acquires a temperature value and a humidity value, which are measured by means of the test module (400), of the PCB, and respectively compares the temperature value and the humidity value of the PCB with the up-to-standard temperature interval and the up-to-standard humidity interval; and when the temperature value and the humidity value of the PCB are respectively within the up-to-standard temperature interval and the up-to-standard humidity interval, the PCB is tested to be up to standard. By means of replacing manual testing with machine testing, the testing efficiency of a PCB is improved, human intervention is reduced, the influence of human operation on PCB testing is prevented, and the accuracy of a testing result is improved.
