Abstract:
A PCB treating device and a PCB treating method, wherein an anode electric bar, a cathode electrode bar, a radio-wave bar and an agitator are inserted into one PCB electrolytic tank containing a treating liquid in which PCB or a PCB-containing liquid is mixed with water, thereby allowing a ultrasonic wave generated by a ultrasonic wave generator to electrolyze PCB while pulverizing water clusters, or to electrolyze PCB while agitating the treating liquid.
