Abstract:
The present invention relates to a PCR apparatus and, more specifically, to a PCR apparatus in which, when a block receiving means provided with a heat sink and a cooling fan at the lower side of a PCR block containing samples is transferred to the lower part of a specimen holder, the specimen holder is lowered by means of a specimen holder transfer device and fixes the block receiving means and seals the PCR block, an optical device scans samples at fixed locations while moving in front-back and left-right directions so that sample inspection can be stably carried out even with repeated temperature changes between high and low temperatures, and the locations of samples are fixed, and thus the volume of an inspection device can be greatly reduced.
