Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of PCR detection, and provided therein is a PCR detector, the detector comprising an excitation light source module, a chip device, and a detection part. With regard to the excitation light source module, chip device, and detection part, a reaction bin is provided in the emission direction of excitation light of the excitation light source module, the detection part is provided on one side of the reaction bin, and emitted light formed after the excitation light irradiates the reaction bin may be detected by the detection part; the emission direction of the excitation light is located below the detection part, and the detection part is used for detecting emitted light which is in a vertical direction and which is emitted by a detected sample due to being irradiated by the excitation light; the detection part comprises a spectrometer; the wavelength range of a spectrum detected by the spectrometer is 340 to 850 nm; and the spectrometer detects the excitation light and emitted light. The spectrometer may detect a plurality of different spectrums at the same time, thereby achieving the simultaneous detection of multiple fluorescent markers, that is, multiple different nucleic acids may be detected at the same time.
