Abstract:
A PDP panel for a multi-screen display device and a method for forming same are disclosed. The PDP panel is formed by integrally coupling a front unit and a back unit which face each other. The gap between the first transparent electrode of the X-electrode and the second transparent electrode of the Y-electrode on the front unit in the peripheral cell line of the display region is smaller than the gap between the first transparent electrode of the X-electrode and the second transparent electrode of the Y-electrode in the standard cell line of the display region, so as to decrease the discharge voltage in the peripheral cell line. Said configuration prevents abnormal discharges from being generated in the peripheral cells which are disposed in the display region and correspond to the seam region, so that the peripheral cells can operate normally.
