Abstract:
Pea oligopeptide selenium, a preparation method therefor, and application thereof. The pea oligopeptide selenium is subjected to digestion treatment in at least one of the following three modes, the selenium content changing by not more than 3% with respect to that before the digestion treatment: carrying out hydrolyzation for 4 hours by using pepsin at a pH value of 2 and a temperatures of 37°Ϲ; carrying out hydrolyzation for 6 hours by using trypsin at a pH value of 7.5 and a temperatures of 37°Ϲ; maintaining a constant temperature of 37°Ϲ, first carrying out hydrolyzation for 4 hours by using pepsin at a pH value of 2, and then continuing hydrolyzation for 6 hours by using trypsin at a pH value of 6.8. The preparation method for the pea oligopeptide selenium comprises mixing an aqueous solution of pea oligopeptide with sodium selenite for reaction, and carrying out ethanol precipitation and drying.
