Abstract:
Provided are a peanut grinding apparatus and a grinding method therefor. The grinding apparatus comprises a device cabin (1); a transmission motor (2) is fixed to the inner wall of one side of the device cabin; a torsion bar (4) is hinged to a power output shaft of the transmission motor by means of a rotating disc (3); a roller (5) is mounted between the inner walls, close to the two sides of the transmission motor, of the device cabin; a sieve plate (6) is hinged to the end of the torsion bar away from the rotating disc; the bottom side of the sieve plate is attached to the outer wall of the roller; telescopic plates (7) are mounted on the bottom surfaces of the two sides, away from each other, of the sieve plate; a sliding way (8) is fixed to the end of the sieve plate away from the torsion bar; material bins (9) are respectively provided right below the telescopic plates and the end of the sliding way away from the sieve plate; grinding rollers (10) are mounted in the material bins; grinding motors (12) are fixed to the outer walls of the bottom sides of the material bins; channels (13) are formed in the inner walls of the material bins; stirring plates (14) are provided on the outer walls of the grinding rollers; and the end, away from the corresponding grinding roller, of each stirring plate is attached to the inner wall of the corresponding material bin. By means of cooperative use of the apparatuses, peanut grinding efficiency can be improved, and peanuts can be ground respectively according to the plumpness of the peanuts, so that peanut particles are more uniform.
