Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to allow satisfactory maintenance of precision of a cylindrical inner circumference face which functions as a bearing face when passing a bearing member within an attachment hole and attaching same by tool working, without using a plug or other receiving jig. A bearing member (42) comprises: a major diameter cylindrical part (44) further comprising a first cylindrical inner circumference face (52) which functions as a bearing face; a minor diameter cylindrical part (46); and a thin cylindrical part (48) whereon a second cylindrical outer circumference face (54) is disposed and a second cylindrical inner circumference face (56) is disposed which has a larger major diameter than the first cylindrical inner circumference face (52). By swaging the thin cylindrical part (48) in the axial direction, a unified attachment is made such that a flange part of an attachment hole (34h) is sandwiched thereby. In such a circumstance, even if the second cylindrical inner circumference face (56) of the thin cylindrical part (48) is evaginated toward the inner circumference side by the swaging, no danger exists of the bearing function being affected so long as the second cylindrical inner circumference face (56) does not take on a narrower diameter than the first cylindrical inner circumference face (52) which functions as the bearing face, and the precision of the first cylindrical inner circumference face (52) is satisfactorily maintained without using the plug or other receiving jig.
