Abstract:
A peel stripping machine for stripping of a peel constituting a surface of raw
material from the flesh thereof, comprising raw material supply chute (11) for
feeding of a raw material into a peel stripping section; rotary toothed roller
(2) for drawing of the peel inward; and blade (33) for peel stripping, wherein
guide plate (4) capable of regulating of spacing (W) and height (H) is disposed
downstream of the raw material supply chute (11), above the toothed roller (2)
and on the near side of the blade (33). Accordingly, there is provided a peel stripping
machine that improves safety of operation, configuration of product and yield.
