Abstract:
A peeled orange sorting apparatus, comprising a controller (1), an oblique conveying apparatus (2), a capturing apparatus (3), a pond screening apparatus (4), a size screening apparatus (5), and a plurality of recovery cavities (6). The pond screening apparatus comprises a pond support (41), a pond (42), a drainage plate raising/lowering apparatus, and the capturing apparatus; the pond is mounted on the pond support; a cavity structure for loading a liquid is arranged in the pond; the drainage plate raising/lowering apparatus is mounted in the pond and is provided with a raisable/lowerable drainage plate (43); drainage holes (431) allowing the liquid to pass through are formed on the drainage plate; the capturing apparatus is mounted on the pond and captures unpeeled oranges in a floating state so as to remove the unpeeled oranges; the drainage plate is provided with an oblique surface; and the controller is respectively electrically connected to the oblique conveying apparatus, the capturing apparatus, the pond screening apparatus, and the size screening apparatus. The sorting apparatus can perform sorting according to the size of the oranges and effectively remove the unpeeled oranges. Further disclosed is a peeled orange processing method based on the peeled orange sorting apparatus.
