Abstract:
Disclosed is a pellet using cysteine hydrochloride as a main component, which contains the cysteine hydrochloride and another pharmaceutically acceptable binder, an anti-tack agent, and an optional diluent. For a drug in which the solubility decreases as the pH increases, the prepared cysteine hydrochloride pellet has an improved dissolution rate and other advantages.
