Abstract:
A pellet manufacturing system of the present invention comprises: a pellet manufacturing device comprising a crushing unit for crushing a raw material, a drying unit for drying wood powder manufactured from the crushing unit and removing moisture therefrom; a fixed amount supply unit for dividing, into predetermined weights, the wood powder supplied from the drying unit, and supplying the divided wood powder; a pellet manufacturing unit for manufacturing pellets by molding the wood powder supplied from the fixed amount supply unit, a cooling selection unit for cooling the manufactured pellets, selecting leftover residue, and removing the selected leftover residue, and a transferring means for transferring the raw material, the wood powder, and the pellets; a driving unit for driving the pellet manufacturing device; and a control unit for controlling the driving unit so as to distribute and provide the output of the driving unit for the crushing, molding, and manufacturing operations of the pellet manufacturing device, wherein the drying unit comprises: a dryer which is connected to the crushing unit so as to dry the wood powder manufactured through the crushing unit; a bypass tube which is connected to the dryer, the engine of a vehicle, and the radiator of a vehicle so as to transfer a coolant; a solenoid valve which is provided on the bypass tube so as to transfer, to the dryer, the coolant supplied from the engine of the vehicle. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce transport costs between a lumber camp and the pellet manufacturing system by enabling one vehicle to rapidly move to various locations such as a lumber camp for logging, the woods and fields for collecting waste wood, a lumber mill which generates sawdust and the like, so as to manufacture the pellets, can increase the efficiency pellet manufacturing process by reducing the time needed for transportation, and can eliminate heat source equipment and can simplify the system by removing an additional heat source for supplying heat by burning other materials such as a wood material, coal, natural gas and the like so as to dry the wood powder.
