Abstract:
The present invention discloses a pellet preparation of ranitidine, which is characterized in the fact that the pellet preparation consists of a core and a coating layer, which is relatively coated by three different kinds of material. The pellet preparation could be further prepared into pellet capsules or pellet tablets. The obtained preparation displays low hygroscopicity, good stability, as well as rapid disintegration and release in stomach.
