Abstract:
The present invention relates to a peloid-based bioink composition that can be 3D printed without a photo cross-linking agent, the composition containing: 0.1 to 90 parts by weight of a sea silt extract (peloid); 0.1 to 90 parts by weight of a silt extract; 0.1 to 90 parts by weight of a Shungite (fullerene) extract; 0.1 to 90 parts by weight of a kaolin extract; and 0.1 to 90 parts by weight of a Vicia amurensis Oett. extract. The peloid-based bioink composition that can be 3D printed without a photo cross-linking agent according to the present invention has excellent safety, cellular compatibility, mechanical properties, and biological activity, thus having the effect of promoting tissue regeneration and wound healing, and therefore can be utilized in various forms such as cellular regeneration-promoting agents, various types of skin-contacting or non-skin-contacting product groups, artificial organs, artificial skin, artificial bones, artificial joints, artificial muscles, and burn treatment aids.
