A pen rack (1) comprises a first cover body (2), a second cover body (3), and a supporting plate (4) connected to the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3). A slot hole (6) for allowing the supporting plate (4) to pass through is formed in one end of each of the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3). A fixing plate (21) is embedded into one end of each of the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3). The supporting plate (4) and the fixing plates (21) are jointly provided with a positioning structure (7). After passing through the slot holes (6), the supporting plate (4) is fixed by the fixing plates (21) by means of the positioning structure (7). Connection between the supporting plate (4), the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3) is controlled by the fixing plates (21) by means of the positioning structure (7), and the fixing plates (21) can be clamped and fixed by the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3). Because the positioning structure (7) is disposed on the supporting plate (4) and the fixing plates (21), the supporting plate (4) can be fixedly connected to the first cover body (2) and the second cover body (3) as long as the fixing plates (21) are installed, thereby making the pen rack (1) assembled more rapidly and conveniently, improving the production efficiency, and also making components of the pen rack (1) replaced more easily.
