A penetration device (1) for a skin care serum, characterized by comprising: a stimulation head (113) contacting a skin surface and used to electrically stimulate the skin to generate a hydrophilic channel in the skin, a stimulation source (13) used to provide electrical stimulation to the stimulation head (113), a control module (14) used to control an output state of the stimulation source, and a spray device (15) used to spray a skin care serum to the skin surface. The spray device (15) has a spray port (151), a switch element (154) used to control spraying, and a liquid storage chamber (152) communicating with the spray port and used to accommodate the skin care serum. The penetration device has a spray mode and a penetration mode. The penetration device is configured such that when in the spray mode, the spray device controls spraying by means of the switch element, so as to spray the skin care serum to the skin surface via the spray port, and when in the penetration mode, the control module controls the stimulation source to provide, to the stimulation head, electrical stimulation used to stimulate the skin, such that the skin care serum applied to the skin surface penetrates into the skin via the hydrophilic channel. The invention effectively improves the absorption of skin care serums into the skin.
