Abstract:
A pentoxifylline injection. A preparation method for the pentoxifylline injection comprises: adding an osmotic pressure regulator of a prescribed amount into injection water that accounts for 40-60% of a total preparation volume and stirring and dissolving, adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5, then adding pentoxifylline of a prescribed amount and stirring and dissolving, adding injection water until the total preparation volume is reached, adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5, performing filtration by means of multiples stages of polyethersulfone cartridges of which the pore sizes are gradually decreased, and performing filling and sterilization, thereby obtaining a pentoxifylline injection. The pentoxifylline injection maintains stable even without adding a stabilizer; the prescription is simple; in a 6-month accelerated test process, the impurity content is basically not increased, the total impurity content is less than or equal to 0.05%, the pH value is stable, and the injection is always a colorless clear solution.
