Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a peptide composition that includes a functional peptide. The present invention provides a peptide composition that includes one or more components selected from the group consisting of: 0.00001–0.2 mass% of WY relative to the total peptide content; 0.000001–0.1 mass% of WL relative to the total peptide content; 0.000001–0.1 mass% of WV relative to the total peptide content; and 0.000005–0.2 mass% of GTWY relative to the total peptide content.
