Abstract:
Provided are a peptide or a salt thereof, and a preparation method therefor. The peptide may be selected from VVYP, AVLP, IGFP, LLIIVP and STAP. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: using a resin as a starting material, linking an amino acid bearing a protecting group to the resin, then removing the protecting group, successively linking each amino acid in such manner, and then performing peptide cleavage and removing the side chain protecting group to obtain a crude product which is purified to give the desired peptide or the salt thereof. Also provided is use of VVYP peptide in the preparation of a medicine for preventing or treating liver damage or acute alcoholism and a medicine for reducing transaminases.
