Abstract:
A peramivir solution type inhalant and a preparation method therefor. The solution type inhalant is prepared from peramivir, an osmotic pressure adjusting agent, a pH adjusting agent, and water or sodium dihydrogen phosphate and water, wherein the concentration of peramivir is greater than 15 mg/ml; the concentration of the osmotic pressure adjusting agent is less than 8 mg/ml; the pH value of the solution type inhalant is 5.0-6.0 or 5.5; moreover, a heating sterilization process is not used; the osmotic pressure adjusting agent is selected from sodium chloride or glucose. The solution type inhalant has better stability and an excellent lung-targeting function, and significantly improves the effectiveness and safety of a medication.
