[Problem] To provide a percutaneous catheter which is capable of reducing pressure loss of a liquid circulating in a circulation circuit, and which is capable of ensuring the required flow rate of the liquid, without increasing invasiveness or the burden on the body of a patient. [Solution] This percutaneous catheter 30 is provided with: a catheter tube 31 which extends in the axial direction; and a distal end tip 41 which is provided to the distal end side of the catheter tube, and which is formed so as to be capable of coming into contact with a dilator 50. The catheter tube is provided with: an uncoated portion 32 which is provided to the proximal end side of the distal end tip, and which comprises wires W which are braided so as to intersect each other; and a coated portion 33 which is provided to the proximal end side of the uncoated portion, and which is formed by coating wires which have been braided so as to intersect each other with a resin material 33a. The inner diameter of the uncoated portion is made to be larger than the outer diameter of the dilator before the dilator is inserted. When the dilator is inserted, the uncoated portion expands in the axial direction, the inner diameter thereof becomes smaller, and, as a result, the inner circumference 32b of the uncoated portion is tightly fitted to the outer circumference 50b of the dilator.
