Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of fire extinguishing agent applications, and provided are a perfluorohexanone microcapsule fire extinguishing material and a preparation method therefor. The perfluorohexanone microcapsule has a high core-wall ratio and does not need to auxiliary materials, fillers, etc. for absorption or a high boiling-point solvent to dissolve perfluorohexanone; by means of secondary polymer coating of an outer shell of the microcapsule, the shell strength of the microcapsule is improved and the volatilization loss of perfluorohexanone is reduced; the problem of short storage time of the perfluorohexanone microcapsule material is solved, enabling the material to have commercial application value. The perfluorohexanone microcapsules can be further composited with various materials and interfaces, and various fire extinguishing materials having perfluorohexanone microcapsules as a core component can be obtained. The fire extinguishing material may be a perfluorohexanone microcapsule dry powder, and made also be made into shapes matching various surfaces, such as fire extinguishing pads of various thicknesses and shapes, a fire blanket, fire-fighting clothing, etc.
