Abstract:
A perforation forming device for forming perforations along which a package can be easily broken and enabling the package to be manufactured at reduced cost. A device (20) comprises a casing (30) and drive mechanisms (40). A top plate (50) connected to the drive mechanisms (40) is disposed under an upper section (31) of the casing (30) with respect to the vertical direction (Y). A blade holding plate (60) for holding a perforating blade (70) is mounted to the lower part of the top plate (50). A pressing plate (80) having a support section (81) and a rubber section (82) is disposed under the blade holding plate (60). The blade holding plate (60) is positioned between the pressing plate (80) and the top plate (50). A small pressing gap (87) penetrates through the pressing plate (80) in the thickness direction thereof. A loading plate (100) is disposed under the pressing plate (80), and the loading plate (100) has a small loading gap (105) penetrating therethrough in the thickness direction thereof and allows a film sheet (14) to be placed thereon. A base plate (110) is disposed under the loading plate (100) and is affixed to the lower section (32) of the casing.
